What can be deleted

• Your contact record (name, phone number, email).
• Your WhatsApp conversation history and message statuses stored by us.
• Support request records linked to your number.

How to request deletion

Deletion is handled manually by an authorised administrator so that we can verify the request comes from the owner of the number. Choose one of the channels below and state the phone number you used with us.

1. Send a WhatsApp message with the subject "Data deletion request" to +966 58 136 8730.
2. Or email info@cyber-turki.com from the address you contacted us with.
3. We verify ownership of the number or email address.
4. Your records are permanently deleted from our database within 30 days, and you receive a written confirmation.

Exceptions

Records that we are legally obliged to keep (for example invoicing data required by Saudi regulations) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted. Message copies stored by Meta on WhatsApp are governed by Meta's own policies.
