• Contact information you provide: name, phone number, email address.
• The content of the messages you send us and our replies.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type.
• Anonymous analytics and advertising measurement data.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, we process your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages exchanged with us through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Delivery, read and failure statuses are received from Meta through a signed webhook.

Messages are stored in our secure database so that our support team can follow up on your request. Access is restricted to authorised administrators of Cyber Turki.

Contact details are used only to reply to you and to deliver the service you requested. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

• Meeting legal and regulatory obligations in Saudi Arabia.

Conversation and request records are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access credentials and API tokens are stored only in a server-side secrets manager and are never exposed to the browser. Database access is protected with row level security and restricted to administrator accounts.

Communication through WhatsApp is subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policy in addition to this policy. We only send messages to people who have contacted us or who have opted in to receive updates, and every conversation can be stopped on request.
